John Galgano, the first arrival in a series of special
guest artist DJs at DLBN, is the most well known for his role in the
band IZZ which has
proven a new force to be reckoned with in the world of Progressive Rock.
John mainly plays bass in the group but also has been known to pick up
the electric & accoustic guitar, take on lead vocals, as well as share
the keyboard with his brother Tom. In this show John will share
many of his musical influences as well as various other goodies.

"At its best, music
stirs the soul, awakens the mind and softens the heart. Different types
of music do different things for different people. On this show, we will
celebrate the diversity of music - music for the soul. My biggest fear
in life is that even if I live to be a hundred, I won't have time to
discover all of the amazing music that's out there. I hope this show, in
some small way, will allow each of us to discover something new and
perhaps allow all of us to become dangerously awake."
