My show is called "Strange Universe" - the title of the
1975 album and song by Mahogany Rush. This album contains elements of
classic rock, metal, blues, prog and dark psychedelia. It sounds like a
strange brew, but it worked incredibly well.
To this day, I enjoy mixing up my playlists to include
stuff from different eras and styles so that they nicely segue one into
the next. Each week I'll serve up lots of progressive rock, spiced with
dashes of classic & modern rock, electronica, psychedelia - even some
fusion, techno, and trance. Suggestions are always welcome - if I have
it, I'll play it or at least try to get my hands on it. |
