Roger Waters played in Vancouver BC on June 21st. It was the first "big" show I have been to in a while, and certainly the most expensive by a long shot ($167.50). But I have no complaints. Roger and his 10-piece band were in top form, and the sound was excellent. In fact, in many ways this show was better than any Pink Floyd shows I've seen either in person or on film, with the exception of the September 1972 Floyd concert I went to in Vancouver. When Waters & Co. played "On The Run" from "Dark Side Of The Moon" it was better than any live version I've heard before...maybe even better than the original studio recording! If he's coming near you on this tour and you're undecided as to whether to go or not, I highly recommend you do.
Now, some of you may not want me to be a spoiler here, so if you don't want to see the set list, exit now!
