Have You Heard of This Prog Group?

There's a wide world of great prog bands out there that I haven't heard on TDL yet...maybe because we don't speak up about them. If you know of a 'killer' prog band, don't keep 'em a secret anymore. Maybe we'll hear them hear too. I've got my first submission to this;   one of my MANY personal favorites :  CYAN

I've never heard of them before.  What's the story on them, where are they from etc?

Hey Shawn, CYAN has 3 studio albums out : For King And Country in '93.......Pictures From The Other Side in '94 and  The Creeping Vine from '98.    Cyan is the project of one Rob Reed along with help of studio musicians from the U.K.  'Creeping Vine' is my favorite & well worth checking into.     Hear's another:  Galleon       ......a  fantastic band from Sweden.    Good stuff here too!!!

Cool Franz, I guess I missed it, sorry.  The idea I had behind doing this post was for some prog fans to post a group that they really like but don't think you've heard of. There are SO many great cd's, it almost seems endless (thank God). Maybe if a bands name gets put up here & enough people respond positively, maybe the dividing line will check 'em out! Before I go I'll through another bands name in here for a response. (hopefully)    CLEPSYDRA   (Switzerland)
