The weather man says the temperature in your little town of Portland is going to be in the 90's tomorrow...Grrrl gonna be bustin' out the swimsuit!!! Send some of that heat my way.
Rush in Rio is the last performance Rush did during their tour last year. Before 60,000 fans....They had 20 remote cameras and the whole thing is coming out on dvd October 21st. Behind the scene stuff, rehearsals, a cd, out takes....and the like.
There were 30 or so cities chosen to show it in a Regal Cinema. So on the same day the dvd comes out, I will see it on the big screen with hundreds of screaming Rush fans!!!!!
I am trying to put together a Rush get together that weekend for a release party too

Grrrl, maybe for your little Rush party you can have people come dressed in their favorite "Geddy Lee Mullet" wig. Make it a contest and all. Although, I would venture to say that some of these fans still have their original mullets that they sport on a daily basis. If you do, please take plenty of photographs for us to 'enjoy'!
Unfortunately, we won't be able to make it to the Irvine Spectrum (closest for us) tomorrow night But we're still SOOOO excited about getting the DVD tomorrow! Have a great time! Rush rules!!!
