Phew, problem solved. Well, not really solved, but I'm unbanned again. Filled out some contact form (was a quite angry mail, btw...) and they reacted within 5 hours - not bad.

The Cross-board spamming ban is triggered by more than 5 consecutive posts with identical subject lines. If you are posting the same (legitimate) posts on multiple boards, please alter the subject line slightly to avoid the cross-board spamming ban.

I know I didn't do that - but in case I did, there must be a way to verify this first (e.g. by contacting the board admin or however).

And Shawn, I also prefer other kinds of boards (like this one here - except for the ugly emoticons...), but there's no choice when your band has an ezboard-forum.
