Daniel Gildenlow Interview on Overnight Sensation JAN 19th
« on: January 18, 2005, 10:27:22 am »

Hey all,

This Wednesday night will be the second edition of "Overnight Sensation Rocks" as I like to call it, in which the jazz repetoir will be toned down for a heavier show featuring a 70 minute interview with Daniel Gildenlow from Pain of Salvation.  The first time I did "Overnight Sensation Rocks" was with Michael Pinnella from Symphony X on the show a few months ago, and now were back with over an hour with Gildenlow as he talks about literally everything you can imagine - from Pain of Salvation to The Flower Kings to his thoughts on modern progressive rock to electromagnetic fields, theories on hyper individualism, fractal theory, to the structure of the Latin language.  It's a highly entertaining interview that involved a lot of laughter and good times, I'm sure anyone interested will enjoy.  I also believe that it's the longest recorded interview that Daniel has done.  So if you're interested in a slew of upcoming Flower Kings information (incl. next album and Daniel's role in the band), Pain of Salvation information (incl. The Perfect Element Part 2), or if you just wish you understood what the hell is going on in "Be", tune in!

Cheers,
Adam
