Tune in Thursday February 17th for the airing of an interview I will be conducting with Chris Squire and Stephen Nardelli of The Syn. The Syn have recently reformed and developments are looking very exciting on that front. I will also be airing some exclusive material from the upcoming Syn album throughout the next couple weeks on Beyond & Before and Overnight Sensation. There's also a chance that I can get Stephen and Chris into the chat room when the interview is aired. I've had this information for a couple weeks now and I just got the a phone call from Stephen Nardelli about 20 minutes ago confirming the date. It's a fact folks, mark your calanders accordingly.
Cheers, Adam

Good question Mike. Shawn and I have been talking about pushing the schedule back an hour that day to accomodate my show. I can't do the show the week after as I will be on vacation so it's really got to be next week. I'll post further details as things get sorted out.

Hey all, were still sorting out a time to broadcast this interview because Iwill need a two hour time slot to do it...I just conducted the interview and I spoke with both men for about an hour. It's a very interesting interview that I'm sure all fans of Yes will find entertaining. I'll post soon with further details!
Cheers, Adam

Why not make it a two-parter? Air it over a length of time. Maybe not shoot the entire load at once.
Is it going to be straight interview or intersperesed with music segments?
Personally, I bore of the straight interviews. I like to hear the artist talk about the music and then get to hear some of *that* music he/she was talking about. It keeps the listener there also. Also remember, sometimes *we* are into the interview more than the listener for different reasons. Putting music in there sometimes bridges the distance.
I'm going for the extended show idea. Probably the week after next. The way this is being advertised is through the very expansive Yesservices newsletter, and in order to get the most listeners possible, setting a solitary date and time is the way to do it. Dividing a 55 minute interview in two shows when I'll have 2 hours to broadcast is just silly. This is the format I like to use, listen to my Gildenlow interview for an example - 10-15 minute interview chunks intersperced with the music being discussed at that point in the discussion. It's a doosy all you Yes fans out there, I'm sure it will go over very well.
