Hey all, Next week I will be running the third edition of what I call 'Overnight Sensation Rocks' in which I will be interviewing Doug Ott from Enchant. The shows repetoir will focus primarily on rock and metal music to suit the interview so if you're afraid of music with horns and swinging eigth notes don't worry. If you've heard my last two editions of this segment where I had interviews with Michael Pinnella from Symphony X and Daniel Gildenlow from Pain of Salvation and The Flower Kings you know the drill. Just conducted this interview and I gotta say it went absolutly great. The interview is about 40 minutes long and aside from information on the upcoming tour and recent DVD, almost half of the discussion features Doug's opinions on bands such as Rush, Dream Theater, Post-Neal Spock's Beard, Queensryche, Frank Zappa, and Symphony X. Most definitly a very personalized interview with a couple humorous moments as well. Hope to see you there during the broadcast, and if you can't make it the interview will be archived eventually. However I should say that given my soon to be reputation for not posting my interviews to the perminant archives until months after I do them (Gildenlow anyone?), you're probably going to want to catch the live show.
