I don't think John's on a regular first-Thursday schedule anymore...This from the DLBN program guide page:
"Due to the unpredictability of the hosts' schedules, these programs are broadcast at random times. Announcements for upcoming shows are made via the Dividing Line Yahoo Group e-mail list and on our message board."

"First Thursday of every month from 6pm to 8pm Pacific Time" I made plans for this evening and followed them through, if John's not going to show the least he could do was send an e-mail to somebody.

Apparently there was some confusion with regards to John's show page being updated. Since John is very busy with the recording of the new album as well as commitments with regards to running Doone Records, he's not able to commit to a regular schedule for his show. This has been the case since last November which is why I have been posting 2 weeks in advance of his upcoming shows. He'll be doing his show whenever he possibly can.
