Guitarist - Prog - Melodic - Metal
« on: July 05, 2005, 02:44:10 am »

I guess those words probably summarise what I do, to an extent.

If you want to check out my stuff go to:

Go to the MP3 page for some demos...  Surfing With the Tsunamian is my latest - its a guitar focussed rock instrumental.  Let me know what you think.

Im working on a King Crimson cover at the moment, too, which may interest a few people.

That's some spectacular guitar work there, Steve.  Most impressive.  Surfing With the Tsunamian is very cool, sounds like something that might have been played on The Spirit of Radio once upon a time. Wink  I appreciate the manipulation of time signatures in your songs ... sounds like the Crimson influence is taking hold for real.  I'm looking forward to hearing your cover!

Thanks very much!

I am working on a CD EP at the moment - it will be 2 songs and 2 instrumentals and will demonstrate what I am doing right now to the highest sound quality I can created on my current recording rig.   Then I will be moving on to some more progressive stuff...  Think Ron Jarzombek meets King Crimson meets what I am doing now (melodic rock).

I would love to get the CD EP reviewed/played/whatever here when it is done.  A full length CD will follow but that will take some time as many old tracks have to be completely re recorded to fit in sonically with the newer stuff.   The Crimson cover will most likely appear on the full length as I dont want a cover on the limited track release.

You are most welcome, Steve.  Best wishes for all your writing and recording endeavors.

I know it's hard with the time difference and all, but you should drop by chat some Saturday during "Prog'opolis" and the "Crimson Connection."  Vince and Daisy could use another Crimson devotee to help stave off the non-believers out there. Wink
