Tonight's show featured a hodgepodge of songs from Neal Morse's latest Inner Circle release, appropriately titled "Hodgepodge." In addition to some fantastic Beatles covers he did with Phil Keaggy, there was an orchestral piece, a demo from around the time "The Great Nothing" was written and some other goodies. Tonight was a really weird night. After taking a half hour to make a 15-minute drive home, I started 5 minutes late, but it was still a HUGE show, packed with Beardy goodness. Some cuts from the Beard's "From the Vault" rarities CD led off the program, with a little Transatlantic making a nice transition before getting some excellent covers from the Morse/Portnoy/George "Cover to Cover" album.
