Welcome to the world of Sylvan & Bonamici - two crazy Swedes with the aspiration to turn the world towards the holy grail of the dark and distant 70´s - to the realm of Genesis.

TO THE GREEN FAERIE         (6:16)
(Music: Sylvan & Bonamici, Lyrics: Sylvan)

If I would tell you a story about a certain green
And giddy hours of madness in the 19:th century
Would it make you laugh and doubt my judgement, or say that you don´t care?
If I raise this glass to mr Ordinaire

And when you´re getting weary of your quiet company
You call on the green faerie, she will clearly make you see
What the others lose in wits and temper to deadening spirits sprees

No I don´t mind this feeling of becoming disarrayed
And the ladies serve you plenty by the day
No I don´t mind this feeling, a little drop away
But the writer staggers to his home
A pretty hell to pay

"The importance of being Earnest", our dear Oscar had no sleep
Nor Hemingway - the Ernest, as they poked into the deep
But the glass again was just half emptied when the notion came to me;
We should toast again before we fall asleep!

So if you´re getting weary of your quiet company
You call on the green faerie, she will clearly make you see
That an absent mind is just as poor as the man you´d hate to be

No I don´t I mind this feeling of becoming disarrayed
And the ladies serve you plenty by the day
No I don´t mind this feeling, a little drop away
No I don´t I mind this feeling of being disarrayed
Cos the ladies serve you plenty by the day
No I don´t mind this feeling, a little drop away

But the faerie took a grip on you and threw you life away
