Ten years ago this August, Daisy Jane and I first took to the airwaves with an obscure little internet radio show we called Schizopolis (named after the wacky Steven Soderbergh movie). Since we've been on hiatus, we thought we'd bring back some of the old classics - including this, our very first broadcast. There are many "laugh out loud" moments as we struggle with the technology and try to find our rhythm. All in all, we remember this being one of the coolest nights of our lives. Listen and enjoy at http://www.thedividingline.com/p

Much Love,
Vince and Daisy

On this episode of Progopolis, we celebrate some of the best music released in 2012 and announce our choice for the album of the year. We also make up for a glaring omission in last year's list, offering up numerous mea culpas to the Edison's Children gods in hopes they won't strike us dead for having arrived late to the party. Last but not least, listen to this podcast for details on how to win a copy of the new Specimen 13 album "Echosystem"! This episode is rated R for explicit language - not by the hosts, but by some of our musical guests. Tsk, tsk, tsk...

It's the return of The Crimson Connection!

Alternately titled (Don't Call it) The Crimson Connection or The Fripp-Free Zone, this episode of Progopolis sees the return of one of the most popular and sorely missed show features. Originally a platform for the promotion of KC and KC-related material, it's now taken on a decidedly unique twist, focusing only on the side and solo projects of former Crimsonites. The raging success of recent Belew/Levin/Mastelotto-led tours has also encouraged us to loosen the qualifications for being considered a bona fide "connection"... and you'll see that in the welcome inclusion of music by Michael Bernier (formerly of Stick Men) and Julie Slick (of the Belew Power Trio). This episode also features a brand new show intro as written and recorded by Michael Bernier himself. We dig it. Won't you?
